Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
Insurance
The Eye Clinic PC physicians are in-network providers for many major insurance plans. We are happy to assist you by billing your insurance company. Please bring your current insurance card(s) to each appointment so that we may verify your billing information. Co-pays are due at the time of service.
